Frank Andolino

President/CEO

Prior to founding Nathaniel General Contractors, Frank was a project manager for a civil engineering company, where he was involved in the design and development of numerous residential subdivisions throughout Monroe County.

Frank also managed the entire site development of Xerox’s manufacturing complex located in Webster, New York. As the lead civil engineer at the Webster site, Frank was responsible for the installation of a survey monumentational system, which provided the means to locate and construct the infrastructure, buildings and parking lots. He was also responsible for all site inspections.

Frank extended the use of his civil engineering and surveying skills when he changed his focus to the development of single-family homes in suburban subdivisions. He later entered into real estate sales when he became the founder and co-owner of Century 21 Red Coach Realty, in the Town of Pittsford, New York. Although Frank dedicates the majority of his time to Nathaniel General Contractors, he also maintains his real estate offices.

As president of Nathaniel General Contractors, Frank focuses on the site development and financial side of the business. He works closely with Bart who manage all construction aspects of the business. Frank devotes most of his time serving the firm’s client base, identifying properties, developing sites, and providing clients with any marketing, financial and legal assistance they may need. His relentless pursuit of quality and dedication to detail are well known in the community.

Frank and Emily, his wife, have three children—two sons and one daughter—and four grandchildren. The Andolinos live in the Town of Mendon. Like his partner, Bart, Frank enjoys playing golf. He is also an avid outdoorsman.
