Crerand Commons Comes Alive in Gates

Wednesday, November 2, 2016

The force (and the good weather) has been with us as we have worked diligently this summer to get Crerand Commons Phase II out of the ground. The original turnover date was slated for March of 2017, but thanks to our great team, a dry summer and careful planning, Nathaniel is running ahead of the curve.

The project consists of 33 affordable two- and three-bedroom townhouse units within seven buildings. The development will feature amenities that include a community building with a computer lab, recreation area, playground and community garden.

This summer, we made great headway across all buildings on framing, roofing, drywall and finishes. We started road installation as well as rough grading. “We have been blessed to have a great team onsite, including the owner, architects and subcontractors. This has made our job even easier,” explained Rob Scroger, Vice President Operations.

Added Frank Andolino, President, “This type of building is very much in our wheelhouse. We consider it a privilege to enjoy the relationship we do with PathStone where we’ve been entrusted with completing so many family housing projects.”
